Frank guides two types of meditation experiences. One, with a live performance of his original, mystical music and Celtic chanting. This experience is an opportunity to cultivate a deeper sense of peacefulness and connection to the power of mindfulness practice. These 30 minute sessions includes guided mindfulness meditations, live music and chanting, in the Celtic tradition. The other sessions are 20 minute guided meditations based on the writings of Michael Singer author of the Untethered Soul, Living Untethered and The Surrender Experiment. We encourage wellness and mindfulness in all activities we pursue, as a way of life. All our groups are donation based. Suggested donation $5-$20
