At our last meeting, we talked about how social media is full of “shiny new” real estate investing strategies being promoted. To keep things real, practical, and fun, I asked everyone to pick one strategy, do a little research, and come ready to share a short overview with the group.
This isn’t a full presentation—just a chance for each member to share what they learned, highlight pros & cons, and spark some discussion. Think of it as “show & tell” for investors!
Whether you looked into something new and exciting or the traditional stuff like ~ wholesaling, subject-to deals, mid-term rentals, creative financing, land investing, multi-tenant homes, larger-scale opportunities like retirement communities or group housing, or even commercial plays such as strip malls—this is your chance to share your findings. We’ll all have the opportunity to ask questions and learn from each other.
This is a great way to:
Expand your knowledge of REI strategies
Hear different perspectives from fellow investors
Get ideas for what might (or might not) fit your own investing journey
As always, we’ll also have time for networking and updates. Bring your curiosity, your questions, and your favorite note-taking tool—you’re going to walk away with new insights!
Pro Tip: Even if you didn’t research a strategy yet, you’re welcome to join in. You’ll still learn a lot from the group discussion!
