What we're about

The Central Jersey Ruck Club is for the beginner to experienced ruck marcher who's looking to amp up their daily workout routine with alternative physical activities involving weighted long distance walking, calisthenics, cardio, and circuit training. Rucking events will be organized throughout the Central New Jersey area for all to partake regardless of experience. Rucking is a great way to build core strength, endurance, and shed some unwanted pounds. Events will incorporate some extreme and military type workouts.
