improving the meetup format

We've known for a while that a lot of potential attendees would prefer
at least a somewhat more structured meetup format. Between moving
locations, a variable influx of new people, and thinking about getting
the camp together, it seems like we've really reached the point where
it's past due to make this change.

Going forward, we will try to start the meetup with 3x 10-15 minute
lightning talks, or 1x 30-40 minute presentation.

Ray and others will help coordinate, see discussion at:

Leave a comment there or reply to me if you are interested in doing a
short talk or a presentation in the near future. Everyone is
encouraged to take a turn, and the lightning talks can be something
simple like how to configure and use a module that you've found
