ASC Winter Sports Volunteering

Details

The Adaptive Sports Connection (ASC) helps veterans, children, and adults who need adaptive equipment or instruction to participate in sports. Join Adaptive Sports Connection as a winter sports volunteer!
Volunteers of all abilities are needed! You don't have to already know how to ski/board but are requested to volunteer at least 3 days to justify the investment in your training.

A trained lead instructor will be grouped with a student and 1-3 volunteers for each morning or afternoon lesson. Untrained volunteers will learn adaptive lesson practices "on-the-job". After the second lesson, volunteers are free to ski/board through the evening. Register here on the COUNT Meetup event and also on the ASC event page:

[You can instead volunteer at Mad River Mountain (but no COUNT host will be there): https://taasc.z2systems.com/np/clients/taasc/eventRegistration.jsp?event=20163&]
