This monthly series is devoted to whatever comes up! We'll dive into the moment together and discover something that moves each of us along on our journey toward greater awareness. These workshops are open to all levels.

We meet on the first Thursday of each month at Dudley's Bookshop Cafe (upstairs). NOTE the time change to 10:00 a.m. Cost is $10 per person (always optional). Walk-ins welcome. No need to reserve. Please plan to purchase a treat to support Dudley's great community spirit!
