In this workshop, cognitive psychologist Dr. Amy Moore will talk about the science behind the big emotions that adults with ADHD often experience. She'll share Illustrations of how the ADHD brain is different from a neurotypical brain and how those differences help explain why adults with ADHD feel so deeply and react so strongly. She'll give participants some tips for managing big emotions and teach some ways to help explain the uniqueness of ADHD to loved ones.
