Meditation Group

Meditation Group with Anna Gokieli 

This group meets every Wednesday and is free the first Wednesday of the month! Must pre-register- this gathering fills up quickly, secure your spot asap!

In this class you will develop the ability to slow down, be still, and allow the wisdom of nature to heal the body and mind. This class is a combination of going into stillness, learning various meditative techniques, and diving into deep discussion. You will learn how to question your thoughts and break through limiting beliefs. No two classes are ever alike, the techniques used and the discussion will always depend on the energy of the group. This is an all levels class. Any clothing is fine for this class. No workout attire is needed. Class will be held in the upstairs studio. When entering the Centre, proceed down the hall, to the left, and up the stairs. There may be sessions taking place in the offices, so please be quiet when walking through the halls.

Your class will be lead by Anna Gokieli. Anna is the Owner and Mindfulness Coach at Tru Meditation & Yoga. Anna started using Meditation to work through her own life difficulties years ago. She was so grateful for the practice and what it brought to her life, she was determined to learn more and offer it to others. She went on to study Advanced Body Work, Yoga, and Meditation, allowing for an amazing combination of skill bringing Tru inner awareness, balance, and peacefulness.
