Central London Property Networking Evening
Commercial Auction Panel + Presentation from Mark Stokes Co-Hosted by Piotr Rusinek Panellists include: Jay Howard - AuctionHouse London Will Stokes Ranjan Bhattarcharya Mahfuz Rahman- Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP Ranjan Bhattarcharya Mark Stokes: Commercial conversions and developments – As an engineer, Mark’s eye for detail will be apparent as he shares some of his past experiences, current strategies, and future opportunities, so whether you are a seasoned commercial to residential property developer or just starting out, Mark will be sharing case studies, tips and due diligence that will help you approach this strategy with your eyes wide open to the potential and the pitfalls helping you to be successful. Ranjan has been a regular speaker at the Property Investor Show since 2003. Ranjan bought his first investment property in 1991 having just graduated from University. With no cash of his own, he had no choice but to structure the deal to be a no money down purchase. Ever since buying income generating property with little money down, has been the ‘corner-stone’ of his investment strategy. He continued investing in property through the 1990’s as a ‘side-line’ to his career in the City as a Management Consultant with Accenture and taking a career break to study for an MBA at the Cranfield School Of Management. In 2001, despite loving his day-job, Ranjan quit to setup his property company which focuses on developing residential and commercial property for rental. Ranjan invests in property in London which is arguably one of the most fiercely competitive property investment markets in the world. As such London tends to be the place where the most innovative investment strategies start out and in time, ripple out across the country. Jay Howard Jay will be discussing buyer due diligence for auction, how best to approach an auction with regards to pre & post auction offers, the power of the underwrite & unlocking your purchasing power and a Q&A session I have been active in the property industry for over 10 years starting my career in estate agency, consultancy all the way through to asset management. Will Stokes As a passionate Entrepreneur, Investor, Property Developer and All-Round Tech Enthusiast, William has gained over 8 years of experience in both the process and construction engineering sector, at a management level, before stepping away to focus on his entrepreneurial interests. Reviews about Property Meets I organise:

“ After having attended several property meetings, my expectations were really low in advance of this meeting. I was happily surprised about the caliber of the people and the panel Brendan had gathered. It was very useful, and I can highly recommend it to anyone with or without experience in property investing. ”

— christopher vik (

“ What a fantastic meetup! Interesting & topical content given by guests speakers and invaluable advice, knowledge and experience shared by members of the panel. I highly recommend attending if you have any questions regarding property investing or if you simply want to enjoy the company of truly successful Property Investors. I am only just starting out as a Property Investor and cannot thank everyone who attended for the advice and support I have received so far. Brilliant! Definitely see you at the next event! ”

— Nina Johannessen (

“ Fantastic. I always walk away with renewed vigour and solutions to property problems that I had not considered myself. What the regular attendees don't know about property at this event probably ain't worth knowing! ”

— James Gallagher (

“ 5 Star! Anyone interested in property investing especially in the residential market - this must be the best Network Event they could possibly attend. The quality and expertise remains exceptionally high, Brendan runs a small but perfectly formed event. If you're interested in property - DON'T MISS IT!!!!! ”

— Alex McKellar (

“ This is where the experts meet the experts! Anybody who is looking for a wealth of information will be surrounded by a wealth of knowledgeable and very helpful people. Everybody likes to be in a position to do business. However this is one of the least "pitchy" groups. More help less people trying to flog you snake oil. I like it! ”

— Barry Danser (

“ last night was great got so many answers to questions . great resourses , created a jv when home very happy ”

— David Salmon (

“ I have been to several investment property specific networking events and enjoy this as one of the best. It is a smaller group than some of the more popular meetups but I have met and learnt from some very successful and experienced investors with BIG portfolio's. One of the nice features is that the focus is on education and giving / getting help - there haven't been any up-sells (hard, soft or otherwise!) Great event :) Great people :) ”

— ~craig~ (

“ A very powerful and informative event where investors are doing real deals. If you want to learn how to be a professional come to this event. No hard sell 5 stars !!! ”

— Landlords Journal (

“ This is THE networking event for anyone 'walking the walk' in property. ”

— Barbara Gwyer (

“ This is a no hard sale networking event for the property investor wanting to mix with other like minded people in a non formal environment. Plus it's helpful to discuss any deals that you may like to bring to the table for discussion - as it can prove to be insightful in helping you move forward. ”
