High available (active/active) NFS and SMB exports upon CephFS

This time, we're taking a look into HA (active/active) filesystem exports.

Using Samba CTDB we're able to export not only SMB, also NFS can be clustered in an active way without using legacy corosync/pacemaker setups.

Robert Sander will present slides and an example setup.

There'll be also enough time to discuss further topics.
