We aim to provide regular Dev Culture events for the Brasov IT community and we start with a Microsoft Azure meetup where we invited three Microsoft Azure MVP’s which will present how Azure capabilities can be leveraged for hype topics such as server-less and Artificial Intelligence.
On March 28th we welcome all IT and healthcare professionals, students, academic staff, researchers at this event and we are looking forward engaging in discussions and drive together innovative ideas.

1. Demystifying messaging communication patterns
Kubernetes together with microservice architecture provides perfect support for the new generation of a software solution. Even so, Kubernetes clusters need to be able to communicate between each other or to integrate with external systems. In this session, we will tackle patterns that can be used to provide a high-redundancy and high-available communication channel, that support the powerful backend provided by Kubernetes. Keywords: Kubernetes, AKS, Service Bus, Redis, KubeMQ.
2. How Far Can Serverless Get You?
You may have heard me talk about the capabilities of Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions before, but now I'm taking it up a few notches! And this is mostly because a lot of things have changed over the past few months in terms of serverless and cloud-native applications.
Join me at this session during which you will get to do a deep dive with me on the ins and outs of Azure Functions when it comes to developer real applications, not just 'Hello, World's. I will finger point each bad practice and the things you should avoid, but at the end of the day we'll have created something awesome. So, how far and how fast can serverless actually get you?
3. AI with Azure
In this presentation you will understand the basic terminology and the foundations of AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and then you will see how Microsoft and Azure can help build such solutions.
