What we're about

How many times have we started something and not seen it through? Or felt unsupported along the way? Or simply don’t find the time/energy/motivation to stick to it?

Be it a detox, fitness program, waking up earlier, mediation, practicing an instrument, being positive, changing a belief, changing eating habits, learning a new skill, reading everyday etc.

Well this group is aimed at supporting each other in fun and unique ways to achieve a common goal, develop a skill/habit or even just provide a platform for accountability in doing the things we want to do and just haven't quite got down to completing.

Since everyone learns in their own way – we will not conform to one method and all attempt to implement that. Rather, we will present and share options for the challenge; of which each may choose and/or make their own programme. We will set up polls to find out what the most common areas of interest are, select a topic and challenge accordingly :) simply join us for the meetup that tickles your fancy.

The idea is to
- Indicate the challenge(s) that interest you
- find people with a common goal
- meetup
- share ideas of how we can achieve this goal
- each commit to the programme of their choice
- buddy up and/or create a support structure
- get back into the real world and start the programme
- record progress
- support each other and be supported
- meetup again so much cooler than we were before
- have a celebration
- and then if/when you’re up for another challenge…. - Indicate the challenge(s) that interest you
- find people with a common goal
