Decentralizing Cardano with Stake Pool Operators

The Cardano blockchain (with native token ADA) recently upgraded to the "Shelley" protocol and is transitioning from a federated block production system to a fully decentralized Proof of Stake system. Joining us will be some Stake Pool Operators helping to secure the network.

Cardano utilizes what is called the Ouroboros consensus algorithm for block production. This will be a great chance to learn about who produces blocks in Proof of Stake and what it takes to keep that equipment running.
