When launching a crypto project there are several strategies to issuing tokens. One strategy is the bonding curve - the relationship between the price and supply of an asset. This is a mathematical concept modelling the idea that the price of an asset (with a limited quantity) increases slightly for subsequent buyers with each purchase.
Joining us will be Samuel Chen, Director of iData for Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Samuel is deeply involved in bringing emerging technologies into the business world. He has experience applying AI and data science in hedge funds trading both derivatives and cryptocurrencies.
In terms of blockchain, Samuel is leading the effort in creating two DAOs. He is interested in using blockchain, among other emerging technologies, for the greater good. Samuel has a background in physics and economics.
