The session is based on the original 34 pilates poses. You are welcome here if you have never done Pilates before or you would like to develop your Pilates skills. So do not worry if you have little or no previous experience of Pilates or if you are a little rusty or you are still developing strength and stamina. This class is suitable for all abilities, whether a beginner or more experienced.
Wear something comfy and please bring your own mat and some water with you! :)
