Women over 40 who seek to establish a long term commitment to fitness and weight management in 2018! Beginners are encouraged and welcomed, for participants who desire a structured, informative, long term approach to fitness and wellness. Exercise and make friends in a supportive environment this year!
We will focus on the mind/body/soul connection to ensure a long term, committed approach to wellness. Will incorporate interval training in a group atmosphere with weight bearing exercises and cardio routines. Taught by certified personal trainers.
