Are you a woman contributing to the boom of Charleston's growing tech industry? Even if you are new to the tech industry and are interested in learning how to become a part of this fast growing sector, join us! Charleston Women in Tech is a collaborative effort of Charleston’s women leaders, educators, and tech professionals to support and mentor women of all ages in the technology industry. At Charleston Women in Tech you can connect with other brilliant women from the Charleston tech community and discuss important topics such as work/life balance, working in a male dominated industry, and how to navigate the hiring process. We have a fantastic group of mentors and women leaders from throughout the community available to discuss these topics and share their insights. So come, learn, network, and be inspired by our panels, events, and forums!

Providing girls with access to computer science is an essential step in closing the gender gap in the tech industry. If you are interested in volunteering for an all-girls youth coding club, let me know! Send me a message through Meetup or feel free to email me (carolynfinch99@gmail.com) for more details. Clubs are on-going and we would love to have you!

    See you soon!
