Ladies, we are in for a treat. For our next meetup, Charleston Women in Tech is seeking to gain the male perspective. For the first time, we will get a chance to hear directly from the men...why do they think there is a lack of women and diversity in tech, and what can be done to help?

Topics will include hiring and managing diverse teams, understanding and overcoming biases in the workplace, and how we as a community can help to encourage and support more diversity in tech. This event will be your chance to pick the brains of some of the best male minds in the industry, and to voice your concerns about the status of diversity in tech!

Panelists will include:
Fred Robinson, Chief Architect, Benefitfocus (http://www.benefitfocus.com)

John Mistretta, Exec. VP of HR, Blackbaud (http://www.blackbaud.com)

Marc Murphy, CEO Atlatl (http://www.atlatlsoftware.com)

Chris Rickborn, COO BoomTown (http://www.boomtownroi.com)

Chad Norman, Chief Marketing Officer, Catch Talent (http://www.catchtalent.com)

Don Taylor, CTO of Boxcar Central (http://www.boxcarcentralllc.com) and former CTO of Benefitfocus

This free meetup is scheduled for March 30th from 5-7:30pm at Holy City Collective. Parking is free and available on site.

A HUGE thank you to our sponsors Catch Talent (http://www.catchtalent.com) and Holy City Collective (http://www.holycitycollective.org/)!

Please consider a donation to our GoFundMe campaign (https://www.gofundme.com/f7kdq2sg) to support this event and continue the growth of Charleston Women in Tech! Hope to see you there!
