In this talk, we'll delve into what design techniques modern campaigns are using on the web. We'll discuss what designs help make a campaign site successful, and what falls flat. We'll also look at the differences in designs between different parties, as well as those at a local vs. national level.
A few things attendees will learn:
• Design patterns that make for a successful campaign
• My personal design process for campaign sites
• Unique and fun things campaigns do to garner your vote
Many of these design techniques apply to other industries - especially non-profits or ecommerce. So even if you have no interest in politics, come out and learn something new!

You probably already know Ashley as the co-founder of CLT Design. She also works full time as a web designer for New Media Campaigns, where she leads the design process for political campaigns, universities, national retailers, and non-profits.
