Abstract:
Dynatrace team has just released the open source framework keptn (https://keptn.sh/). Their goal is to contribute this framework to CNCF. The recently released keptn 0.2.2 which supports multi-stage deployment pipelines with automated quality gates, blue/green deployments and auto-remediation of container-based services on Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and other platforms.
Talk will provide a quick overview of Azure Kubernetes Service and then move on to share perspective around WHY Dynatrace built keptn, HOW they implemented it (Architecture) and share the status and WHERE team wants the community to take it.
