The Charlotte REIA Multifamily Investors Group is dedicated to bringing together people of all experience levels, from beginners who are just getting started to experienced apartment owners.

You Host: Adam Balsinger;
Adam has been a full time real estate investor since 2014. He's done wholesale deals, fix and flips and rentals (ranging from single family to commercial multifamily). He currently runs a multifamily syndication business focused on properties in NC / SC / GA.

He's been involved in 5 syndications to date (both as an GP and an LP). As a GP, Adam and his team have a portfolio of over 200 doors with a value of $16M+.

He's passionate about helping other investors and entrepreneurs find success.

At many local REIA meetings the topics focus on single family strategies; many of you asked us for a place to network with other real estate investors and discuss topics specifically in the Multifamily Real Estate space.

There is no selling at our meetings, we want to cultivate the members' relationships. The only way to grow is to put yourself out there. I invite you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and join us!

Also remember that this is a networking group aside from education. Make sure that you bring plenty of business cards to hand out or put your information on a piece of paper.
