What we're about

This group will thrive on fun, cool women just wanting to have a good time with great friends, both new and old! We are a diverse group of positive, fun and welcoming women who get together to do a variety of super fun things!! Some examples are dining out, escape rooms, live concerts, brunch, attending wine tastings, comedy clubs, martini nights, craft nights, game nights, and more. We definitely know how to have fun at ANY AGE! No age, marital status, or any other restrictions of that type.

The plan is to schedule 1-3 events each month. The majority of events will take place in the Shelby Twp/Rochester and surrounding areas. Please RSVP and try to attend an event within the first 60 days of joining so we can meet you.

*Please post a clear and current photo of yourself on your profile. We need to know who to look for! Scenic photo's are nice but we will not be able to recognize you at an event.

IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the venue and the event hosts, please change your RSVP to a NO, if necessary. Also, please do not "just show up" to an event that is full. We appreciate the frustration of being on the wait list and ask that you follow the rules.

2019 UPDATE:
ANNUAL DUES = $5 per member, due after a 60 day trial period. These fees will be used to cover upfront fees for certain activities (i.e. escape rooms, bombowling, etc.), necessary supplies when members host events, Meetup.com's annual fee of $180.

I am getting tougher on NO SHOWS! PLEASE! if something comes up, have the courtesy to change your RSVP to no! If there are reservations and/or a wait list and you do not bother to show up and do not bother to communicate with me, you will be immediately removed from the group. I realize that things do come up in life, and I just need to hear from you and I will wave based on reason. I am tired of the NO SHOWS. I sometimes have to give my credit card to guarantee a certain number of attendees. If you do not show up it reflects bad on me, our group and Meetup in general. Do not double book. A good way to remember your COMMITMENT is to put it on your personal calendar. In the app for Meetup you can click on the symbol next to the event and it will ask to add to calendar! I STRONGLY suggest that you use this feature.

My time as well as yours and all of the members is valuable, please be respectful of that.

Thank you so much for your cooperation!
