Ruffino Italian Wine Dinner with Chef Sidney Semedo
The wine dinners are back at Bistro 1001 and we couldn’t be more excited. ---> Please note that in order to secure your spot, you must head over to Savor Tonight (http://bit.ly/BISTRO0829) and enter in your contact information before Friday, August 24. An rsvp or confirmation on Meetup is not sufficient. A representative from the restaurant will then contact you and you will need to secure your spot with a credit card. This time, the multi-course wine dinner will be hosted by Bistro’s newly appointed Executive Chef Sidney Semedo. While new to the area, this Le Cordon Bleu grad, has honed his skills at such prestigious locations as the Mandarin Oriental Boston and The Harvard Club before moving to West Palm Beach. His philosophy of using what’s fresh and in season fits in perfectly with Bistro — and we’re thrilled to announce that our first wine dinner with Chef Sidney Semedo will take place on Wed., August 29. This month’s dinner, a Taste of Tuscany, will feature Ruffino wines from the heart of Tuscany. A different wine will be paired with each course. Cost for the 5-course dinner is $68, plus tax and gratuity. The event will start with a sparkling reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by a seated dinner. Limited seating available.
