We are launching Chester's very first Cloud and DevOps meetup, for the technical community here. This is designed to bring together technical professionals within Cloud and DevOps areas or anyone that is interested in learning more.

6:00pm - 6:20pm - Networking

6:20pm - 6:30pm - A warm welcome to the event

6:30pm - 7:00pm - Stuart Bickley (Head of Application Development) and Patrick Gawley (Integration Architect) giving a high level overview of our transition to Azure, where and why it started, some of the challenges we have had to overcome and also maybe some of the changes and advancements we have seen in Azure capability during the last few years

7:00pm - 7:10pm - Nibbles and drink break

7:10pm - 7:40pm - Garry Meaburn (Lead Cloud Architect - CTO Applied research and Development) discussing the AWS Landing Zone - Options for setting up a landing zone within AWS, landing zones provide a secure foundation from which companies can build there AWS deployments

7:40pm - 8:00pm - Networking
