Jessica Condupa and Brooke Towner from Urbanbound are going to share some of their key learnings from their journey mapping experience, including why they did it, how they did it, and what results they've seen from their efforts.

Then, we'll hear from Greg Waitley with The Sandbox Agency, who will share a methodology he has successfully used creating journey maps with multiple customers.

After the presentation, we'll break out into groups to try our own hands at a customer journey map. Then we'll reconvene to share learnings.
