This is a group for gay men who strive to lead healthier lives. Whether good health has eluded you for various reasons or you are currently in perfect health and want to learn how best to stay that way. This is a group where you can get together with like-minded individuals to learn from others and try to educate ourselves to live the healthiest and happiest lives possible.

Our Mission: 1) To help educate gay men on ways to lead a more healthy lifestyle. 2) Create a support group for gay men seeking to develop healthy habits. 3) Provide gay men a safe and open forum to ask questions regarding their health concerns. Above all else, this is a group about treating everyone with love and compassion. All participants should be dedicated to helping provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment to each other.

Group Meetings will focus on the following: 1. Personal Health Assessments 2. Book Club discussions on topics including meditation, men's sexual health, mental health, and physical health 3. Healthy Cooking Classes 4. Exercise and Fitness Instruction 5. Developing Good Habits or Quitting Bad Habits 6. Learn Basic Understanding of the Cause of Illness 7. Guest Speakers on health topics that interest the group
