Intro to Haskell for JS hackers

Ian Shipman will be presenting an introduction to Haskell. We'll start with a 30-45 minute clinic on the Haskell tool chain where everyone will set up their Haskell development environment. Then Ian will explain the structure of a Haskell project, the core concepts for building software in the language, and two example projects. The discussion will be grounded by frequent comparisons to JavaScript development.

No functional programming or JavaScript knowledge is required, although experience writing programs in some language is necessary.
