Day Of Mindfulness — Online 10/24

Details

Join us for A Day Of Mindfulness online, sponsored by the Chicago Weekly Sitting Meditation Group and the North Shore Meditation Community. Janice Sheppard and David Haskin will guide us through a day that includes sitting meditation, walking meditation, Qigong and Interview Groups.

Please make sure to provide an RSVP of "Going" so you will gain a spot in an interview group. It is recommended you participate with a computer, rather than by phone for the best retreat experience. Attendance for the entire day is encouraged.

NOTE: If your plans change and you know you must cancel your attendance at the retreat, please return to this website and change your RSVP from "Going" to "Not Going" so that another person may take your spot. Thank you!
