About This Group: The purpose of this group is to explore Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practices (MBSR) . MBSR includes meditation, mindful walking, mindful listening and other interactive individual and social activities. Mindfulness involves cultivating a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life. Reducing stress enhances well-being. For anyone interested in mindfulness, reducing their stress, increasing mindful awareness and being more present in the moment. Anyone from beginning to experienced meditators and those who have taken an MBSR course are all welcome. I hope you will join us!
