It combines affordable living units with access to public transport, jobs, and services to reduce household transportation costs, prevent displacement, and promote equitable growth.We’re excited to welcome Andy Ahitow as our featured speaker. Andy is a 25-year real estate veteran, co-founder of CityPads, and the former founder of Chicago Apartment Finders. He’s developed over 2,500 multifamily units and raised over $100 million in equity.
