In this hands on tutorial / class participants will get a bird's eye overview of what deep learning is and how neural networks fit into the space. Additionally we'll build a simple neural network in Python to allow us to start tinkering and exploring.
Participants are expected to have Python 3 installed and have a basic knowledge of Python (e.g. comfortable coding in a programming language) and machine learning (e.g. completed a class, wrote toy projects, etc.).
A curriculum with updated requirements will be emailed to registered participants one week in advance of the class. While beverages will be provided students should make their own dinner plans accordingly.
