About us
As our population is getting older, the Chicago Seniors Social Meetup is for seniors who are very much active and want to be able to go and meet other seniors in their community. We will get together for events and diverse activities. We are looking for people who are over 70's who are still active. Other groups are focused on younger seniors but this one is not the one.

Free Sound Therapy in Uptown
Institute of International Cultural Affairs, 4750 N. Sheridan Road, Chicago, IL, USOur dear member Paul Donahue is offering all our members this introduction session of Sound Therapy.
This meditation sound journey is designed to help you release what no longer serves you and fully receive the calming frequencies of sound and vibration. As this is our inaugural sound journey event there is no fee to attend.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION (PLEASE READ)
As an attendee you can either lay down on a mat or sit in the chair if you are not able to lay on the ground. Bring a mat, a pillow and a small blanket for the session to be comfortable. If you sit in the chair and there are about 4 of them, you will still need a blanket.Important: to attend you must register at https://beingwithfrequency.as.me/ica
