The focus is on improving your speed as a runner. Whether you are an athlete or not, doesn't matter what sport you are affiliated with, this is designed to develop the flexibility, agility and strength to improve your sprinting ability. The event will always start with a a 5 10 minute warmup. Specific drills for conditioning the body for sprinting, reaction awareness and coordination. A shortened modified sprinters workout and complete with a warm down and/or Ab workout.
