Chicago Dads Group FAMILY PICNIC!!!

Join us for our largest meet-up of the year... 3rd Annual Chicago Dads Group FAMILY PICNIC & Daddy Olympics ~ Sponsored by our friends at $99 Per Room Interior Painting (http://www.99perroom.com) and Little Monsters Photography (https://m.facebook.com/littlemonstersphoto/) and Royal Princess Parties (http://www.royalprincessparties.com) and DOVE MEN+CARE (http://m.dovemencare.com/). This is a FREE event for our members and their families who RSVP!

EVENT SCHEDULE:

12:30pm - Picnic begins! Please bring your lawn chairs or folding table/chairs. Our goal is to have this outside weather permitting and inside if necessary. This year our friends at DOVE MEN+CARE (http://m.dovemencare.com/) has generously paid for the Food & Beverage portion of the picnic, to feed 180 guests. The menu will be a choice of Bratwurst, Hot Dog, Hamburger or Cheeseburger, plus a side of Ceaser Salad, Potato Salad, Corn on the Cob, Watermelon Slice with Refillable Beverage: Pepsi products, Lemonade or Fruit Punch.

1:30pm - Begin to move indoors, where we have our fun planned activities for all. Thanks to our title sponsor $99 Per Room Interior Painting (http://www.99perroom.com), we have rented our own private indoor facility complete with two turf soccer fields with all the balls, cones, nets you can image, 4-5 inflatable bounce houses and a two-story play structure located upstairs.

2:00pm - Daddy Olympics will happen from roughly 2-4pm on Field #2 with your chance to win a Trophy and David Cole has offered to organize this for us.

3:00pm - We will have two special guest characters for the younger kids a princess (Rapunzel) and a superhero (Spider-Man) to entertain them for 1-hour provided by our friends at Royal Princess Parties (http://royalprincessparties.com/nm/index.html).

4:00pm - Group photo on the field by our event photographer Little Monsters Photography (https://m.facebook.com/littlemonstersphoto/) who will be taking some awesome event photo's for us.

4:10pm - Then we will have our FREE raffle giveaway with some great prizes provided by our Sponsors and Community Partners. You have to be present to win. This will also be when we award the Daddy Olympics Champion Trophys too.

4:30pm - Party is over! Turf field, inflatable’s, toddler playroom and play tower structure is closed and given back to venue for next party.
