Topic: What do you do after a brainstorming session?

Too many times a company will have a brainstorming session, a few months later or a year later there isn't much to show for it. How do you gain momentum after that brainstorming session? What are the next steps, or what does your process look like? How do you go from brainstorming to launching a new feature or product? Please join us to share stories of successes, challenges and failures. The Breakfast Club, meets the first Friday of every month, is an informal gathering of people interested in talking/learning about product development and networking with other product development professionals. You do not need to be a registered member of the PDMA to join us and there is no cost. Just RSVP and show up to join the conversation. Stop by anytime.
