What are you currently tracking? (if nothing, that's ok!)

Would you be interested in giving a short Show & Tell talk about a self-tracking project you've done? If so, tell us a bit about the project.

What's the craziest thing you wish you could track?

What interests you most with QS and the surrounding ideas/technology?

The adage "what gets measured, gets improved," is very true in my experience. I enjoy trying out new apps and gadgets that relate to my job or hobbies and determining if they help me to get more out of life. I find QS tools give me a concrete way to measure daily progress, I like having something to build on daily day in and day out, even if it's just a "you have practiced 7 days in a row," pop up. I find it can be motivating.

Hi, I live in Montgomery, Illinois and currently work in a library. I am involved in the maker space community, love to read, and I enjoy learning about and using QS tools. Lately I've been using the Lift app, Fitocracy webstie, and the Readmill app.
