QS Meetup Recap

From: Mark M.
Sent on: Friday, January 31, 2014 8:21 PM
Thanks to everyone who battled sub-zero temperatures to attend this past week's QS meetup! We had a great turnout and two really interesting talks.

Brian Busche talked about his experience taking a wide variety of supplements. It all began when he started experiencing PVCs and learned that fish oil can help. This snowballed into experiments with more and more supplements. He uses InsideTracker blood testing services to monitor the effects.

Our organizer, Eugene Granovsky, shared over a year's worth of happiness data, photos, and foursquare checkins. His data told the story of his 2013, from the highs (quitting his job, traveling to Europe, and hanging out with me quite a bit) to the lows. In the end, it reminded him that a year is long, often boring, sometimes really awesome, and best when unexpected.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. Looking forward to seeing you all at our next meetup (to be posted soon!).

Thanks,
Mark & Eugene
