INVITATION

You are invited to check out Sacred Harp singing in it's full glory!

Every year, over 150 singers from around the country convene in Chicago to raise their voices together for two full days of jubilant singing. This type of annual singing event is part of an American singing tradition that extends over the past 160 years. It is open to the public. It is FREE. And, it is open to people of all ages and ability levels. Feel free to bring friends, family members, fellow choir members. You can attend the entire event or just portions of the event (See below for suggested times to plan your visit). Whether you attend for the entire two days or simply for two songs, you'll be very happy you checked it out. This could be your start to a rewarding, life-long journey in Sacred Harp singing!
