Topic - Web Development in Windows Azure - "In this meeting, David will focus on marrying two of the most relevant areas we work with today, web development and the Cloud. As technology moves forward into this area, requests for considering Azure continue to grow as well. As developers, we are responsible for providing solutions to our clients and customers that wish to explore Azure as their backend. This month, David will explore how we can approach solutions to developing web applications that talk to Azure, walking through examples, covering common "gotchas", pros and cons and discussing the how and when this architecture will best fits your clients needs."

David Silverlight has long been known for his involvement in software development. Passionate about Silverlight technology, specifically in the area of HTML 5, Silverlight Line of Business (LOB). While many know him from his background in Silverlight, his depth of knowledge runs more recently in Kinect (running the LinkedIn Kinect Developers Group), HTML5 (HTML5vNext) and Azure. David is one of those passionate geeks that loves technology, with a keen focus on developing LOB applications. When David is not working on his latest project, you can find him at Starbucks working on his latest community project. In a nutshell, David is front of the computer way too much.
