What we're about

Infant Massage is a wonderful way to experience the way your baby communicates with you. With nurturing touch you and your baby may feel more relaxed. Research also shows that babies who are massaged: ~may sleep deeper and longer, ~spend more time active and alert for learning, ~increase bonding and attachments to their parents, ~ improve elimination

HI! I'm a certified Infant Massage instructor and after having this group open since 2012, have decided to re-design the platform, so any parents can learn from anywhere at any time. I am so excited to share this journey with all of you and I hope all that you are interested in, is learning some new ways, naturally to connect with your baby... yep, that's it! In a non-judgmental setting with like mined parents, just trying to do their best! My goal is to share with you information and techniques of infant massage in a relaxed setting and open forum, which is welcoming for first time parents looking to ask questions in a group discussion encouraged atmosphere.

Let's Talk Toddlers was created because, I want to help other parents on this topic (speech and toddler development) because it is not always as clear as it may sound being a first time parent or even with the 2nd/3rd child. The needs of each child is different and as you may know, not all children learn the same nor develop the same.
I'm hosting language infused play-groups (classes) throughout Chicago (and the northwest suburbs) at many various play spaces, schools, and studios. I am not a Licensed Speech Pathologist and my classes should not be a replacement for children with a need of therapy. I have taught ESL to children Preschool, Kindergarten, and Junior High School aged. These classes are an additional way to be surrounded with other children and families looking to have fun learning English together and may share similar stories or experiences (muli-lingual homes, special circumstances, personalities).

It's lovely to connect moms together with opportunities for work and to shop at the same place; that's what Chicago Baby Craft Pop Up and Mom Vendor Opportunities is all about! We will be having craft/vendor shows seasonally and around Chicago, stay tuned!

I truly believe: "Confidence makes parenting easier and knowledge creates confidence." - Sarah
