ChickTech: Austin

We are a local chapter of ChickTech, a national nonprofit organization, working to close the gender gap in the technology and engineering sectors. This group will create welcoming and inclusive meetups in and around Austin to get together, learn and network. Our goal is to build a tech community where women and girls are encouraged, empowered and welcome.

We create events that focus on empowering women/girls; however, we also welcome those who identify as men as participants. Any person may be asked to not participate and/or leave if they are being disruptive or creating an unwelcome environment for others.
