As an award-winning writer, public speaker, and communications executive, L’Oreal Payton’s personal passion for women’s empowerment and quest to serve as a voice for the underrepresented has shaped every facet of her fast-rising career. In addition to being the director of communications for OneGoal, a national college access and success organization, she is a blogger and freelance writer whose work has appeared in outlets such as EBONY, JET, HelloGiggles and Brit + Co. L’Oreal also shares vital career and networking tips via other platforms as a frequent podcast guest and panelist for career-centric events.
