ChickTech Chicago is hosting a panel event for women in tech. Our panelists will share their experiences and advice (over hot chocolate!) on several "hot topics” such as perception at work, work-life balance, mentorship, salary negotiation and more!
Everyone is welcome to this event, so bring yourself and a friend and join the conversation; we’ll be providing the hot chocolate :)

Prior to joining Relativity, Taruna has held a variety of roles in IT including product management, mergers & acquisitions, program management and IT audit. Taruna has both an MBA and MS-MIS from Case Western Reserve University and has been certified in IT audit, project management, organizational change management and Six Sigma methodologies.

ABOUT THE PANELISTS:
Tom Andreesen, a founding Managing Director with Protiviti Inc. and leader of Protiviti’s Chicago office, has
more than 30 years’ experience in managing the evaluation, implementation and support of technology solutions as well as helping companies assess their technology risks. Tom leads Protiviti’s Central Region financial services industry practice, leads Protiviti’s Central Region Technology Consulting solution team, and is a member of the global Technology Consulting solution leadership team.
Sasha Korobko, a Director of QA and the lead for Women Empowerment and Education at Rocketmiles. With over a decade of experience in software development, Rocketmiles allows her to fulfill her passions for technology and travel. Sasha leads a variety of different diversity programs at Rocketmiles including recruiting, education, and mentorship initiatives and works hard every day to make Rocketmiles a great place to work with equal opportunity for all.
Elizabeth is a designer for social good. She grew up on a family-owned farm in Southern Illinois where she felt the gap in diversity and innovative learning which is why she sought to take advantage of every opportunity to learn and challenge herself at the University of Illinois. Elizabeth designed themed MakerGirl sessions, which take girls all the way from design thinking to holding a tangible item, to show girls that STEM is creative, technical, and any pre-existing passion can be combined with STEM.
Amanda Collins is a talent professional who has been in the HR and technology space for over 7 years. She currently services as Senior Manager of Talent and Development at Vibes, a marketing technology company where innovation, creativity and excellence are the foundation of the culture. She is passionate about enhancing work cultures, building relationships with the employees serves and helping them to reach their full potential at Vibes.
