We are a community of R users in the Chico Area. We hold short training sessions and open work sessions open work sessions where anyone is welcome to come, bring their computer, eat cookies, give, and get help in R. This group is sponsored by the Chico State Data Science Community of Interest, a project aiming to organize and bring together the Data Science community on Chico State campus, in the community, and in the region at large.

Project DA-FANH and the Chico State DSI are teaming up to offer a 2-day hybrid Data Carpentry workshop for novices on how to work with data in R. In person and online audiences are welcome.

The intended audience is faculty, staff and students, so community spots are limited.
