Walk length 9 miles/14.4 km approx. Circular.

A walk taking in the delights of the Exmoor Moors and the highest point in the Exmoor National Park, the summit of Dunkery Beacon (1,705ft) on Dunkery Hill.

Meeting

Meet outside public car park at Horner for 10.15am for the walk to start at 10.30am (grid ref. SS 898 454) closest Post Code TA24 8HY (Horner Farm).
Please check for any parking restrictions.

Cost for the four days is £20 or £5 for each day (guided walks and admin costs). Transport, accommodation, food must be arranged by yourselves on an individual basis. Lunch & Finish:
Please bring a packed lunch and water for each walk. Each walk should finish at about 4.30pm and include a 30 min snack lunch stop andpub at the end, however the time may be earlier or later than this depending on the weather and pace (we have a relaxed pace which includes sightseeing and photography).

Meeting & Transport:
No public transport for these walks, transport by car and car sharing.
