8th bite at Paris' Chinese food: Le Pont de Sichuan 蜀味

Let's have a bite out of a new restaurant! Opened a couple of months ago, this place has very good online reviews and has been recommended by a lot of friends. Its owner is Le Pont de Yunnan 滋味云南's which is another top notch place to try authentic Chinese cuisine (see last time's album (https://www.meetup.com/China-On-Parisians-Tongue/photos/23052892/)).

We will have a taste of one of China's spiciest cuisine coming from the south-west, Szechuan. Not for the faintest of heart! Take a look at the album (https://www.meetup.com/China-On-Parisians-Tongue/photos/24523742/) of professional photos the owner just sent me.

CAUTION: FEW dishes will NOT be spicy, be prepared to take the "hit" (heat).

Meet and greet will take place from 7:30pm to 8pm; food will be served from 8pm onward.

Prenons ensemble une bouchée d'un nouveau restaurant ! Ouvert il y a à peine quelques mois, ce resto a déjà de très bons commentaires sur la toile et il m'a été beaucoup recommandé par des amis. Le patron tient aussi Le Pont de Yunnan 滋味云南 un autre resto authentique, acclamé (voir l'album de notre bouchée précédente (https://www.meetup.com/China-On-Parisians-Tongue/photos/23052892/)).

Nous pourrons y goûter à l'une des cuisines chinoises les plus connues dans le monde qui nous vient du sud-ouest, le Sichuan. Âmes sensibles s'abstenir !
