We follow a yoga style called Forrest yoga, after Ana Forrest who modified older styles to better deal with modern-day issues such as long hours sitting on a desk, lower back pain, stress, anxiety. Forrest Yoga does not require strength or flexibility; it only requires a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly. The practice is founded on four pillars -- Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit. If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it. Otherwise I have a few mats as well that can be borrowed.
