This is a very relaxing, strengthening and detoxifying yoga class. The style is called Forrest yoga after Ana Forrest who healed herself through this method of yoga - yoga adapted to the problems of people in the 21st century. Forrest yoga focuses on breath, relaxation of neck and shoulder muscles during poses that are held for longer periods. It's an amazing remedy against tension and stress!
Anyone can come. There are always a lot of options for beginners as well as more advanced students.
The class will be kept small for maximum attention and support.
