### 🧭 What We’ll Do (in 60 minutes)
15 min — Human Connection
We start together on Zoom. Simple conversation. Real presence. You’ll share what you’re working on and what you want coaching around today.
15 min — Solo AI Coaching Session
You’ll be paired with a private AI coaching prompt (provided), and spend 1:1 time with an AI coach. Think of it as a reflective mirror: asking questions, offering perspective, helping you articulate what you truly want.
10 min — Group Debrief
We come back together to share insights, a-has, breakthroughs, surprises, and patterns. This is where collective reflection can help you illuminate your own insights.
10 min — Breakout Room 1:1s
You’ll get paired with another participant for a live, human-to-human coaching conversation. It’s simple, structured, and insightful.
5 min — Weekly Commitments
You close the loop by naming one action you’ll take before next week. Small steps lead to big shifts.
5 min — Show & Tell / Open Q&A
Got a prompt that worked well? A coaching tool to share? A question about your AI session? Share it. We’ll explore it together.

Using AI as a Personal Coach — Caelan Huntress
Learn how to think better, decide faster, and grow wiser, with the help of AI.
Most people use AI to get answers. But the real power of AI is using it to ask better questions.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to turn a LLM into a personal coach that helps you reflect, clarify your thinking, and move forward with intention. This isn’t for abdicating your decisions to a machine. This is to use AI as a mirror—one that listens deeply, reflects honestly, and brings out the insights already inside you.
You will learn:
- How coaching actually works (and why AI is surprisingly good at it)
- The difference between Tell / Show / Ask modes—and why “Ask Mode” unlocks breakthroughs
- How to design an AI coach persona that matches your style
- The art of crafting questions that spark insight instead of giving advice
- Practical prompts you can use right away for clarity, confidence, and momentum
You’ll walk away with a repeatable process for using AI as a powerful thinking partner.

Ai Image Generation — Caelan Huntress
Making images in the age of Ai only requires imagination. Visual art is no longer limited by skill or craft. Anyone with an idea can make an image in any style with Ai. Now you can generate any image you can describe. The tools have become so simple, we are all artists now. Your willingness to refine and revise, to use your creative taste, matters more than your skill with a brush or a tool.
After this session, you will gain practical insights into how you can:
- Create multiple image concepts with parallel prompting
- Use the 5-step Creative Process to manage a volume of ideas
- Develop a reusable prompt for your signature artistic style
Ai Video Generation — Arthur Machado
Big ideas can become high quality videos with only a text prompt. Producing video content used to require access to equipment, and talent, and funding. Now, you don't need a movie studio, or a graphics budget, or even skills. Just a good idea (and good taste!) can make a good movie, with a little prompting.
You will learn:
- The difference between generation models and aggregators
- How to segment your focus from exploration to production
- The 3 methods of generating videos with AI
