Chrome Divas of SoCal

About Us

The Chrome Divas are a national, ladies-only motorcycle riding group, consisting of diverse female riders, passengers and even a few non-riding women who just love motorcycles and participating in charitable functions.

Our chapter is located in Southern California and covers the Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties. We are always open to adding new members and all women with all kinds of bikes are welcome. If you love being on or around motorcycles and have a desire for fun and excitement, please attend one of our Meetups. Our Meet and Greets take place each month, so join our Meetup.com page and come on out! Please also join our Facebook page to connect with other women riders. (Note: registering on Meetup.com and Facebook does not make you a member of the So Cal Chrome Divas.)

Our rides vary from beginner to expert, from a quick lunch up the hill to an all-day ride up the Coast, to an overnighter in Paso to five days up North and everything in between.

Our Meetup.com page where we provide official event information including meetup location and event RSVP requirement; and Our Facebook.com page which is our main platform for communicating about rides, riding, what to do when we are not riding, and everything else.

Ride Types

1.  Meet and Greets: Meet and Greets are open to Diva Members and any female guests to this Meetup site. All Meet and Greet guests must be female and at least 18 years of age.

2. Open Rides: Guest information will be determined on the basis of each ride and posted in that particular meetup. You must have a Current Guest Ride Release on file in order to participate in any ride or event. If you are a rider, please be prepared to show your MC License/Permit and insurance prior to the ride.

3.  Closed/Members Only Ride & Events: These rides are for dues paying So Cal Chrome Diva Members only.

New Member Procedures - Diva-in-Waiting

1.  You must be at least 18 years of age to join the Chrome Divas.

2.  To give us an opportunity to meet and get to know you prior to joining our group, spend some time with us! Event information is available on our Meetup.com page.

3.  Within a five-month period: (a) If you are a rider, join us on at least two rides; (b) If you are not a rider, join us for at least two events (ride or non-ride).

4.  Submit a membership application. Your membership request will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and you will be notified within one week of the status of your application.

5.  Note: If each of the membership requirements above has not been met within five months of becoming a Diva-in-Waiting, the process will start over from the beginning. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

If you are selected to become a SoCal Chrome Diva, we will email you the following instructions along with your prorated amount for membership

1.  Join the National Chrome Divas. Please email your receipt to the Board. (Please note: National membership does not guarantee chapter membership.)

2.  If you are a rider, you must show proof of M1 license and insurance.

3.  Pay your SoCal Chapter membership dues via PayPal.

4.  When all is in order, we will provide you with a welcome packet that includes your patch, and you will be added to our Facebook page for members only!
