Join us on a peaceful place, for Tuesday mindfulness meditation practice with optional acupuncture. We will use mindfulness to reflect upon life and and help explore the causes of suffering. Prior to meditation we will practice breathing, posture, stress reduction exercises along with a reading and time to share and practice mindful speech and listening.

Please try to arrive on time and refrain from wearing fragrances. Reduce price for families and no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
